Q: My Hot water heater is leaking from around the top and casing
A: Turn off the power from the electricity box (if the heater is electric) or turn off the gas supply to the heater from the gas tap near the heater and turn of the water supply to the heater from the stop tap near your heater. Call ALWAYS WITH HOT WATER
Q: My electric hot water heater is cold
A: Check the fuse on the switchboard and check for water leaking from the hot water tank and call ALWAYS WITH HOT WATER
Q: My Gas hot water heater is cold
A: Check the pilot light in the heater and try to relight the pilot from the instructions on the heater. Check for water leaking from any valves or from the tank. Call ALWAYS WITH HOT WATER
Q: There is no water coming out of hot water taps
A: The stop valve/non return valve is faulty. Call ALWAYS WITH HOT WATER
Q: The pilot light wont relight of keeps going out on the hot water heater
A: Call ALWAYS WITH HOT WATER
Q: The water in the hot water heater is coming out rusty or discoloured
A: The heater is at the end of its life and should be replaced ASAP. Call ALWAYS WITH HOT WATER with the details of your heater brand size type ie (gas/ electric)
Q: The pressure relief valve on the heater dripping very quickly or constantly
A: Release water from the relief valve for 2 seconds. If that does not fix the problem. Call ALWAYS WITH HOT WATER with your heater details.
